SoulShine – an energy healing practice dedicated to restoring harmony, balance and peace to the whole energy field, supporting deep wellbeing in body, mind, soul and spirit.

My passion for healing was born from my own journey through illness and uncertainty. When my health began to decline, I searched for answers through many medical and dental routes and received diagnoses that offered little hope of recovery. During that time, I was living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) and had very limited energy or ability to function day to day. 

I was eventually treated for osteomyelitis and was asked to see the practice’s energy practitioner. At that time, I didn’t believe this kind of therapy could help. Yet following the initial and subsequent sessions, I began to notice something extraordinary – changes in my pain levels, mood, physical energy, and even my vision. With encouragement by the practitioner, I started to learn how to heal myself, beginning with releasing trapped emotions, and was amazed by the shifts I experienced.

These experiences changed everything. My whole life changed from those initial sessions, to one of hope and recovery, new purpose and excitement for life. 

Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding of energy work. I became a certified Emotion Code Practitioner through Dr Bradley Nelson’s training and began developing my own individual approach to quantum healing, working with a wide range of health challenges.

Through this journey, my health has been restored, and with it has come a heartfelt desire to help others experience the same sense of hope, freedom, and wellness. It is a joy and a privilege to walk alongside others on their own paths to healing and harmony.
